About the role

Work closely with Top Management and various Commercial Buildings to gain hands-on experience in operations, project management, and buildings' quality standards. Responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day activities assigned by Top Management contributing to strategic projects & routines. Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.

About you

• Bachelor's degree with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent from a reputable university in Engineering (Civil/Architecture)
• Fresh graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in related fields of education
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Ms. Office
• Excellent leadership, excellent interpersonal & communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Results-driven, goal-getters, resilient, with positive mindset & attitude, discipline, integrity and adaptability
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new roles and responsibilities
