About the Role

This is more than an employability role – this is a role that changes lives.

As an Engage 2 Employ Coach, you will empower young people to overcome barriers to employment, education and training, helping them develop the confidence, skills and resilience they need to achieve long-term success.

You'll also play a vital role within our Youth Engagement Space, creating a welcoming, inclusive and inspiring environment where young people can access support, develop new skills, build positive relationships and explore opportunities for their future.

Working as part of a dynamic, creative team that operates across St Basils services, you'll collaborate with colleagues to design engaging activities, deliver innovative programmes and respond flexibly to the diverse needs of the young people we support. Together, you'll create opportunities that encourage participation, raise aspirations and help young people realise their potential.
