Job Title: Engagement & Performance Management Manager (Workforce Analytics, Data Analytics, Power BI, PMO)

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce, headcount, vacancy, contractor, and organizational data to provide timely management insights and support leadership decision-making.

• Prepare workforce dashboards, resource reports, and management information packs for executive review.

• Support resource planning, workforce forecasting, and capacity management discussions to optimize organizational effectiveness.

• Monitor workforce productivity, resource allocation, capacity utilization, and delivery performance through advanced analytics and key performance metrics.

• Prepare management presentations and performance-related reports for divisional leadership meetings.

• Coordinate manpower planning, headcount governance, workforce trackers, and organizational records with HR and key stakeholders.

• Design, automate, and enhance self-service dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workforce analytics, data quality, and management reporting processes.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Management, or related disciplines.

• Possess 5 to 8 years of solid experience in workforce analytics, PMO, management reporting, business analytics, resource management, or HR analytics.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing executive dashboards, management presentations, and analytical reports using workforce or budgeting data.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, alongside hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple reporting cycles and tight deadlines independently.

• Professional experience within banking, financial services, technology, or large corporate environments is strongly preferred.
