Engagement Coordinator

As an Engagement Coordinator and play a key role in supporting contractors, clients and suppliers throughout the workforce lifecycle in the MSP model. From onboarding and VMS administration to resolving queries and driving operational excellence, you'll help deliver an outstanding experience for all stakeholders.

What you'll do :

• Support contractor onboarding and workforce administration,
• Resolve inquiries related to timesheets, invoicing, reporting and assignments,
• Manage VMS-related processes and troubleshoot issues,
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience,
• Drive process improvements and maintain high service standards,

What we're looking for :

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination - MSP background is preferred,
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal),
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities,
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint),
• Passion for delivering outstanding stakeholder support and building strong relationships,
