Engagement Director 3

For our client, we are seeking a Engagement Director 3 to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead complex D365 program engagements, ensuring delivery quality, client satisfaction, and alignment to broader transformation goals.

The position partners closely with CXO-level stakeholders, project managers, and solution architects to manage escalations, maintain strong governance, and keep work moving against key milestones.

You will also own financial and commercial performance across programs, including budgets, profitability, forecasting, and growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple D365 programs, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, handling escalations and leading strategic discussions
• Oversee project managers and solution architects to ensure project risks are managed and best practices are followed
• Manage project budgets, profitability, and revenue forecasting to drive commercial success
• Support proposals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Lead large teams, ensuring resource planning and delivery excellence
• Align solutions with client business goals, providing transformation roadmaps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; MBA or Business Analytics preferred
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional and Google Professional Cloud Architect certifications
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O and/or CE modules, including architecture and functional scope
• Proven leadership skills in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills at the CXO level
