Engagement Manager, AI Acceleration Program

IntuitionLabs helps biotech and pharmaceutical companies put AI to work across research, regulatory, clinical, quality and business teams. Our clients are biotech and pharmaceutical companies across North America. We run company-wide AI programs month by month: training, platform setup, and working tools built with each department.

This is a remote position with flexible hours. Candidates based in Canada or the United States are preferred.

This role keeps our client programs running. You join the founder in client meetings, prepare them, own what comes out of them and make sure every commitment is met. You report to our Head of Delivery.

What you will do

• Take part in client meetings with the founder: prepare the agenda, open items and background, and contribute on process, timelines and next steps
• Own the action list after each meeting: follow-up emails, owners, due dates, and chasing until each item is closed
• Schedule workshops, working sessions and expert calls across clients, our team and our specialist network
• Keep each program on track: monthly plan, deliverables, scorecard and status updates for client leadership
• Run working sessions with client teams when the founder is not available
• Use Claude, ChatGPT and meeting-note tools every day so the administrative work is fast and the judgment is yours

What you bring

• A science degree and 3 to 7 years in a client-facing role in life sciences: clinical project management, CRA or study management at a CRO, life-sciences consulting, or a pharmaceutical PMO or alliance role
• A track record of running meetings, timelines and action logs with senior stakeholders
• Flawless written and spoken English, and the presence to be taken seriously by scientists, physicians and executives
• Daily use of AI tools, and interest in making them part of how programs run
• Obsessive follow-through: nothing you own falls through the cracks
• Availability during North American business hours, Eastern and Pacific
