【Job Description】

• 1、 Lead end-to-end project management as the project owner, accurately understand and capture client core needs, and develop feasible project plans and implementation solutions based on client’s actual business conditions.
• 2、Fully participate in project delivery, control key milestones, quality standards and progress, and ensure high-quality project completion and solution .
• 3、Manage and develop client relationships, lead client communication and presentation at all stages, align expectations internally and externally, and improve client satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
• 4、Lead team management and development, assign tasks, supervise performance, provide guidance and coaching to team members, and build an efficient and high-performing project team.

【Job Requirements】

• Bachelor’s degree or above from renowned domestic and international universities; with over 3 years of relevant consulting experience and 1 year of project management experience. Candidates with profound professional knowledge in consumer, internet, healthcare, hard tech and other sectors will be preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, content creation and project management capabilities.
• Strong customer insight, as well as outstanding customer relationship management and development skills.
