Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Design the internal communications strategy to ensure employees remain aligned and connected to company objectives.
• Account for monthly staff newsletter from end to end, curating content that celebrates achievements and reinforces culture.
• Manage the talent management framework, encompassing performance reviews, career pathing, and succession planning.
• Develop clear and compelling messaging for leadership updates, town halls, and company-wide announcements.
• Analyze engagement data and employee feedback to refine communication strategies and enhance the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline
• A minimum of 6 years hands-on employee engagement experience within a corporate environment
• Excellent communications skills with ability to engage diverse audience
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Collaborative team player with a genuine passion for people and culture
