We’re looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to join an Analytics & Innovation team and lead enterprise transformation, process optimization, continuous improvement, and data-driven problem-solving initiatives.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, structured problem solving, process analysis, and change management.
• Manage project plans, workstreams, milestones, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
• Facilitate workshops and translate complex business problems and data into actionable recommendations.
• Apply Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, and data-driven decision-making to improve processes and performance.
• Coach and guide analysts and industrial engineers while influencing without formal authority.
• Develop business cases, performance measures, and sustainable improvement solutions.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in transformation, process improvement, operations, consulting, project management, or analytics.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence .
• Strong project and workstream management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills .
• Ability to influence, coach, and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

⭐ Preferred

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• PMP or strong project management experience
• Engineering, Technology, or Business degree
• Experience with data analytics, automation, or digital transformation
• Experience in airline, aviation, transportation, or logistics
• Prior mentoring, project leadership, or informal team leadership experience
