Engagement Managers

Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking Engagement Managers. Their responsibilities will include:

• Manage client relationships, identify opportunities for IT solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business needs and goals.

• Lead the planning and execution of client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

• Facilitate regular communication with clients, provide updates on project status, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.

• Analyze project performance metrics and client feedback to inform strategies for continuous improvement.

• Mentor and guide team members.

Requirements and skills :

MS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Business Administration or Related and 3 years’ experience in account management, client engagement, revenue growth, program governance and delivery leadership for IT services

OR

BS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Business Administration or Related and 5 years of relevant progressive experience including at least 3 years’ experience in account management, client engagement, revenue growth, program governance and delivery leadership for IT services.
