Engine Engineer Motorsport Customer Support (m/f/d)

Location: Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic – open to relocation and interested in new opportunities!

Our battery team takes a holistic approach to developing the traction battery as a key component of every modern drivetrain, from concept development to the release recommendation for production. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support for engine and related electronic systems during motorsport events and tests

Support customers with engine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting topics

Analyze engine and vehicle data and prepare technical recommendations

Support software dataset and fuel mapping-related topics

Prepare reports after events and follow up on open technical points

Cooperate with project leaders, test engineers and other technical teams

Contribute to improving reliability, performance and competitiveness of motorsport applications

YOUR PROFILE:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Combustion Engines, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or similar

Knowledge of combustion engines and engine mechanics

Experience in motorsport, automotive testing or technical customer support

Experience with data analysis tools, ideally in a motorsport environment

Knowledge of engine calibration or motorsport ECU systems is a plus

Good command of English, written and spoken; another language is an advantage

Willingness to travel internationally

Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic event environment

Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
