ENGINE MECHANIC ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as Engine Mechanic
• Familiarity with parts and components of engine
• Knowledge in under chassis & Electrical works, an advantage
• With driving restriction, A, A1,B,B1,B2
• Willing to work shifting schedule and on weekend

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to keeps the equipment's availability for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-uos, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters
• Assist Engine Mechanic in maintaining vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage
• Assist in verifies vehicle service ability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems
• Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting
• Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
• Keeps supplies ready by inventoring stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
