Job Description

We are looking for Quality Inspectors / Visual Inspection Operators for engine valve inspection.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect engine valves individually using a magnifying lens.
• Identify surface defects, cracks, scratches, dents, and other abnormalities.
• Inspect components according to defined quality standards.
• Segregate OK and NG (Not Good) components.
• Report doubtful or defective parts to the Supervisor for confirmation.
• Maintain proper identification and handling of NG components.
• Record inspection results and update reports on an hourly basis.
• Achieve daily inspection targets without compromising quality.
• Maintain concentration and attention to detail throughout the inspection process.
• Follow all quality, safety, and workplace discipline requirements.
• Handle engine valves carefully to prevent damage.
• Immediately report recurring or critical defects to the Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate inspection records as the components are supplied directly to customers.
• Follow company procedures to achieve zero-defect quality and timely completion of daily targets.
