Job Description

Qualification: ITI / Diploma candidates can apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect engine valves individually using a magnifying lens.
• Identify surface defects, cracks, scratches, dents and other abnormalities.
• Carefully examine each valve as per defined quality standards and inspection criteria.
• Segregate suspected or defective components from OK components.
• Report doubtful or defective parts to the Supervisor for confirmation of OK/NG status.
• Ensure proper identification and handling of NG (Not Good) components.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and update reports regularly.
• Record and update inspection results on an hourly basis.
• Achieve the assigned daily inspection target without compromising quality.
• Maintain consistent concentration and focus throughout the inspection process.
• Follow all quality, safety and workplace discipline requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of engine valves to prevent damage during inspection.
• Immediately communicate recurring or critical defects to the Supervisor.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail, as inspected components are supplied directly to customers.
• Follow company procedures and instructions to ensure zero-defect quality and timely completion of daily targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma
• Relevant trades: Fitter / Mechanical / Automobile / Production or related technical trades.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with concentration in a repetitive inspection process.
