Engineer 2-Customer Support Engineering

Prepare all data and reports related to customer's order and forecast, long-term production & sales planning, manufacturing request operation and other support related to CSE activities with the objective of 100% data accuracy and on time submission within the limits of IPI accepted ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare report related to Forecast and other reports needed for Customer.
• Analyze sales plan, mid-range and long-range plan.
• Generate reports related to Sales Plan.
• Maintains database of shipment performance, volume and cost.
• Support order operations.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any engineering course.
• Minimum 3 years experience preferably from Manufacturing company.
