Engineer 2, Mechanical Process

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• This position provides technical expertise and knowledge to solve problems in the Front-End area. This position will work as an expert mechanical process in manufacturing. Ensure machines operate smoothly, collect, and analyze data to improve further.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of following major: Material Technology.
• 2+ years of relevant working experience in machining processes in a manufacturing setting.
• Preferable in mechanical part or semiconductor manufacturing.

Skills

• Ability to solve problems in a timely and quality manner.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to the organization
• Basic project management
• Familiar with Technical change management (ECR, ECO, ECN, etc)
• Ability to use English for workplace communication.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to some of chemicals and machine oils. Works in manufacturing environment

Safety Requirements All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards.
