Engineer (30K–50K) (SDG-133395)

• Conduct training for new employees on general product knowledge as part of orientation program

• Attend customer meetings with sales personnel to address quality inquiries

• Promote product development and introduce new products to customers

• Liaise with Head Office and ASEAN subsidiaries on quality Assurance matters including Research and development

• Respond to customer queries via email, telephone, or video conference

• Provide prompt technical Support to ASEAN subsidiaries and customers

• Manage, maintain, and communicate training schedule calendar for ASEAN subsidiaries

• Conduct Basic product knowledge training for new entrants

• Develop educational materials for new innovative training programs

• Organize orientation program contents

• Support sales personnel with technical expertise during customer visits

• Ensure proper recording and disposal of obsolete (EOL) goods

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronic

• At least 3 years experience in electronics component parts (electrolytic capacitor is advantage), Engineering

• Conversational High in English, for communicate with internal and client

• Able to travel overseas

• Have driving license and Able to drive

• Japanese language proficiency
