SUMMARY: An exciting opportunity exists for a professionally registered Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of building services projects, while providing technical guidance, managing project teams, and ensuring high-quality engineering solutions across multiple disciplines.

POSITION INFO: Job Description: Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical engineering projects Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and quality standards Oversee the design of HVAC, wet services, and fire protection systems Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders Conduct site visits and support project implementation and commissioning Skills & Experience: Minimum 8 years of mechanical building services design and site experience Strong knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, wet services, and fire protection systems Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and deliver projects to deadlines Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites Qualification: BEng, BSc, or BTech in Mechanical Engineering Professionally registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (PrEng) Demonstrated experience leading engineering projects from concept through completion Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Engineering recruitment vacancies.
