We are looking for professionals with 15 - 18 years of experience in Application Support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and eDiscovery Tools, with experience in monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring application stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues across on-premises and cloud environments.
• • Troubleshoot application-related incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• • Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and cloud-based deployments.
• • Document support processes and provide end-user assistance.
• • Participate in application testing, deployment, and release management.
• • Ensure security, compliance, and data protection standards are maintained.

Eligibility Requirements:

• 15 - 18 years of experience in Application Support.
• • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• • Strong knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• • Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• • Experience with eDiscovery Tools.
• • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• • Willingness to work from NCR, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
