Engineer / Assistant Engineer (Service Department)

Job Descriptions:

• Field Operations Leadership with Accountability: Oversee and coordinate all field service operations with a high sense of urgency and ownership. You are the guardian of safety and reliability, ensuring every mission is executed with precision and a "get-it-done" attitude.
• Inquisitive System Implementation: Champion the deployment of company programs and digital systems with curiosity. You don’t just follow instructions; you understand the system’s potential to transform our service quality.
• Critical Analysis & Efficiency Engineering: Apply critical thinking to conduct work efficiency studies. You will analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative enhancements that redefine industry standards.
• Inspirational People Management: Manage and mentor our technical team using excellent communication skills. You will align individual growth with company vision, fostering a culture where every technician feels empowered and responsible.
• Strategic Client & Relationship Management: Act as our primary brand ambassador during customer visits. Use your persuasive presentation and interpersonal skills to build lasting partnerships and ensure our clients feel heard, valued, and safe.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / High diploma in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline
• Independent, hardworking, organized, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• 2 years or above construction / engineering experience in construction industry
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
