What they need
About the role
Provide technical support for water and wastewater treatment products and systems (e.g. UF, RO, filtration, DAF, clarifier, ion exchange, MBR etc). Assist customers during various phases of project, from overall system design, installation, testing & commissioning (T&C).
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for water and wastewater treatment products and systems
- Assist customers during various phases of project, from overall system design, installation, testing & commissioning (T&C)
- Prepare and upkeep technical documentation such as design proposal, service reports, operation manual
- Attend onsite jobs such as inspection, troubleshooting, rectification
- Liaise with internal sales team, customers, contractors, and principals on technical matters
About you
- Diploma / Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Engineering, or related field
- 2–3 years working experience in water and wastewater treatment related field is preferred
- Specific skills or knowledge such as Autocad, plumbing, wiring are advantage
- Willing to travel to sites, including outstation and outdoor work
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Open to new challenges, and continuous self-development
