We are looking for passionate graduates who are eager to build a long-term career in the electronics manufacturing industry. No PCB industry experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

This is not a sales position. Your role focuses on engineering coordination, technical communication, customer support and project management.

Before You Apply (Important)

Please apply only if you are able to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Engineering disciplines preferred, other fields are welcome)
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to speak, read and write Mandarin (required for daily communication with China HQ and Mandarin-speaking customers)
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule (Morning, Afternoon & Night Shift)
• Willing to work on Public Holidays according to the duty roster
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment
• Able to work 5 days per week (7.5 working hours per day)

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical information between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Handle customer enquiries via email, phone and online communication platforms.
• Assist customers in understanding PCB and PCBA technical requirements.
• Coordinate with China HQ regarding project progress, technical issues and production updates.
• Monitor project status through internal systems to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Learn PCB and PCBA knowledge through structured on-the-job training.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
