Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and automation-related issues.
• Improve equipment availability, MTBF, MTTR, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
• Execute root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Process, Quality, and EHS teams for smooth plant operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, PM schedules, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, TPM, 5S, and statutory requirements.
• Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Mentor and guide technicians and junior engineers (for AM/DM/Manager levels).
