We are located in Austin (USA), Singapore, Hyderabad, Indore and Ahmedabad (India).

**Job Location: **Hyderabad, Indore and Ahmedabad.

**Role:

As an Engineer - Backend , you will develop backend services and APIs for an enterprise-grade SaaS platform in the data privacy, data governance and AI governance space, with a focus on workflow and reporting features. You will work in an agile pod alongside senior engineers, frontend developers and QA, and help deliver well-tested features every sprint.

**Key Responsibilities:

Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

Build workflow, reporting and data-processing features based on user stories and technical designs.

Write unit and integration tests, and fix defects found during testing.

Integrate services with databases and third-party APIs.

Document APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger.

Troubleshoot and debug issues across development, test and staging environments.

Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Collaborate with frontend, QA and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end features.

**What Youll Bring:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

3-5 years of experience in backend development.

Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.

Hands-on experience building REST APIs and microservices.

**Mandatory Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java with a solid understanding of OOP principles.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC and REST APIs.**************************
