ENGINEER (BIOGAS / MAINTENANCE / PROCCESS)

Job Responsibility/Job Description:-

Biogas Plant Engineer

• Part of the project team to plan, manage and execute various projects in the field of Bioenergy.
• Feasibility studies and conceptual design works of Bioenergy plants.
• Design Review of biogas, biomass projects.

Maintenance Engineer

• Responsible for scheduling as well as manage corrective and preventive maintenance in the mill.
• Ensure tasks are executed and comply with company safety policies
• To lead and organize all corrective mechanical maintenance works and ensures the jobs are carried out efficiently and cost effectively.
• Responsible for proper up-keep of all maintenance records, workshop tools and equipment record.
• Responsible for the workshop safety, housekeeping & security to ensure all tools and equipments are checked and well maintained at all times.
• To schedule for the daily, weekly, monthly shutdown for major key machinery & minor maintenance works.

PROCESS ENGINEER

• Analyse production data to identify opportunities for process optimisation and yield improvement
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, increase throughput, and minimise waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
• Prepare reports and presentations on process performance, project status, and improvement opportunities for management
• Develop and maintain process control systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Job Requirement

• Senior & Junior position available.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical)/ Engineering (mechanical)/ Engineering (BioTechnology) / Engineering (BioChemical) and or other related field.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be a significant advantage as the job required to be able to communicate with China Expatriate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive process improvements
• Familiarity with process control systems, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SPC, and process improvement tools.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
