Engineer - BMS

Job Scope:

• Prepare daily BMS reports and equipment health check reports.
• Assist M&E Supervisor in daily operational works.
• Liaison with all Contractors.
• Execute any follow up actions.
• To follow up actions from maintenance checklist and daily BMS report.
• Prepare summary of events to property/project executive/property manager.
• Escalate all faults to manager.
• Manage contractors book in/out.

Qualifications:

• Open for newly lIcensed EE/ME. At least 6 months relevant experience in facilities management
• Knowledgeable with different building maintenance system
• Amenable to work in Gentri, Cavite
• Preferably can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21,000.00 per month
