Engineer - Business Excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems and business excellence frameworks across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Analyze business and operational data using Power BI and other digital tools to generate actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
• Coordinate and work closely with Cross Functional Teams (CFTs) to execute improvement initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
• Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation.
• Promote digitalization and automation initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for process improvement.
• Prepare management presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office applications.
• Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and improvement assessments.
• Encourage a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence across departments.
• Support leadership in strategic business excellence initiatives and change management activities.
• Prepare the MIS data for BEX function and extracting the valuable insights or gaps from data.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in engineering / Masters in TQM

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality Systems, Operational Excellence, or a related function.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of ISO Standards and Integrated Management System Frameworks.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Exposure to digital transformation tools and process automation initiatives.
• Strong command over MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of process improvement and quality management methodologies.

• Lead Auditor Certification ISO 9001,14000 &45001 standards, certification in Lean or Operational Excellence.

• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial operations.
