• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to components, products, systems, or subsystems of moderate complexity, while continuously deepening technical knowledge.
• Design and build laboratory equipment to simulate various aging conditions of active chemical components (e.g., thermal cycling, chemical poisoning, physical masking, etc.), and conduct analysis.
• Design and perform physicochemical property tests (e.g., morphology, acid-base and redox properties, diffusion characteristics, impedance behavior, etc.) to assist in diagnosing and predicting the performance and health status of active chemical components.
• Design chemical or electrochemical performance tests to measure species conversion, selectivity, electrical yield, etc., and analyze and interpret data to inform hardware and control design decisions.
• Apply or interpret computational tools and methods to predict product functionality, thereby influencing product design decisions.
• Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes of issues, implement robust data-driven solutions, and develop preventive measures.
• Develop product system validation plans, evaluate analysis, simulation, and physical test results to verify product capability and confirm requirements. 岗位职责

• 设计并执行物化性能测试（如形貌、酸碱及氧化还原特性、扩散特性、阻抗行为等），以辅助诊断和预测化学活性组分的性能与健康状态。
• 设计化学或电化学性能测试，测量物质转化、选择性、电产率等，并分析解读数据，为硬件和控制设计决策提供依据。
• 运用或解读计算工具与方法预测产品功能，从而对产品设计决策产生影响。
• 运用系统化的问题解决方法确定问题的根本原因，实施稳健的、基于数据的解决方案，并制定预防措施。
• 制定产品系统验证计划，评估分析、仿真和物理测试结果，以验证产品能力并确认需求。 Qualifications
• Master's degree or above in Engineering or a related STEM field, with no more than two years since graduation.
• Prior research background in SCR, DOC, DPF, TWC catalysts, or engine emission control is preferred.
• CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above, with the ability to use English as a working language.
• Prior experience in internships, collaborative projects, or other extracurricular team activities in relevant technical fields is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Certain positions may require obtaining relevant licenses or authorizations to comply with export control or sanctions regulations. 任职要求
