About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Engineer to join our talented team at HSS Alliance Sdn Bhd' in Kuching, Sarawak. As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our civil and structural engineering projects, contributing to the delivery of innovative solutions that shape the built environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the design and analysis of civil and structural engineering projects, including buildings, road, and infrastructure
• Assist in prepare engineering drawings, reports, and technical documentation
• Contribute to the development of engineering solutions, optimizing designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, demonstrating technical expertise and professionalism
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Continuously learn and develop your engineering skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
2. 3–5 years of relevant working experience in an engineering industry especially in engineering consultancy firm.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
4. Excellent technical and design skills, with proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
6. A keen interest in the latest developments in the civil and structural engineering industry.
7. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
