Engineer - Client Billing

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit client bills, RA bills, and final bills as per contract requirements.
• Prepare BOQ measurements, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and billing statements.
• Coordinate with the Project, Planning, QS, and Execution teams for accurate measurement and billing.
• Verify work executed at site and ensure measurements are properly recorded and certified.
• Prepare variation statements, extra item claims, deviation statements, and reconciliation.
• Review contract conditions, BOQ, specifications, and applicable billing clauses.
• Coordinate with clients/consultants for bill certification, approvals, and resolution of billing queries.
• Track certified bills, outstanding payments, retention, advances, and recoveries.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to client billing and contractual claims.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in client billing/QS, preferably with high-rise, super high-rise, or large-scale EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, contracts, and billing procedures
