Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure

Role Summary

The Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure will support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft cloud and infrastructure solutions as part of a project delivery team. The role offers hands-on experience on enterprise projects and a structured path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments under the guidance of senior engineers
• Assist with migrations, upgrades, and implementation tasks across client projects
• Perform pre-migration checks, validation, and post-migration testing
• Support cutover activities and resolve issues that arise during migration
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate where necessary
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including configuration records and handover materials
• Follow the delivery standards and procedures of the Center of Excellence
• Participate in internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and certification programs
• Support team members and project managers in meeting delivery timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure or cloud technologies
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server
• Good troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, or MS-102
• Exposure to Azure, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, or Intune
• Knowledge of Arabic
• Strong motivation to learn and obtain further certifications
