• Knowledge of assembly tool design will be added benefit.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for ownership of assembly line tools, machine & process sustenance.

• Responsible for Process improvement and layout.

• Study and share assembly feasibility to IED team for new product.

• Be CFT member of customer complaint review & action.

• Individually handle day to day troubleshooting on assembly line.

• Prepare assembly specification / Work instruction.

• Prepare and update PFMEA.

• Process validation & line audit.

• ECN initiation and implementation.

• New product transfer to production

.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2 to 3 years
• Education: BE Mechanical
