Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and support power system solutions, including Rectifiers, Power Supplies, Lithium Batteries, and UPS systems

• Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products and solutions to ensure quality and performance

• Develop and support IoT and Smart Energy solutions to meet customer requirements

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including test reports, user manuals, and installation guidelines

• Provide technical consultation and support to customers, partners, and the sales team

• Coordinate with internal teams, including R&D, Production, and Suppliers, to ensure successful project execution

• Ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with company standards

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Telecom Site / Telecom Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with DC Power System (-48VDC), Rectifier, Lithium Battery, UPS, or related power systems.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and site support for telecom power systems.
• Ability to read Electrical/Wiring Diagrams and work on-site.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BMS (Battery Management System), Battery Testing, or Alarm & Monitoring Systems.
• Experience working with telecom operators or system integrators.
• Experience in technical support, product testing, or solution implementation.
• Candidates with direct experience in Telecom Site + Rectifier + Lithium Battery will be given priority.
