Engineer

French Bakery is a Christchurch based company , manufacturing high quality bread and savoury products for national and international distribution. Based at our Port Hills manufacturing site, the Maintenance engineer will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting operations and efficiently assisting in the day-to-to day running of plant equipment.
Job requirement:
Ability to analyse problems and implement effective solutions on a timely basis.
Working as part of our maintenance team, candidates will have good interpersonal skills and work ethic, be self motivated.
Excellent communication skills when reporting to head engineer.
Have a good understanding of workplace Health and Safety.
Experience:
Trade qualified
Sound mechanical knowledge and experience essential.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, Tig welding and conveyor systems.
Experience working in the Food industry.
