About the role
We are looking for an Engineer who is proficient in Mandarin and Japanese to communicate effectively with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and support our motorcycle and bicycle chain products.
Key responsibilities
- Support engineering and production activities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical support.
- Work with production and quality teams to solve technical issues.
- Prepare technical documents and reports when required.
- Support product improvement and development.
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work with production and quality teams.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Knowledge or interest in the motorcycle or bicycle industry is an advantage.
- Willing to travel overseas when required.
