ENGINEER

• Install & validate equipment to meet production needs
• Supervise maintenance and assist in fault analysis
• Review process parameters and guide operators
• Support production to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor KPIs for yield, stability, and safety
• Oversee CVD projects and technical modifications
• Drive efficiency through energy-saving initiatives
• Manage data and prepare reports for management
• Solve technical issues to improve processes and reduce costs
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering related.

• Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin (applicant require to liaison with China HQ), English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• The working background of multinational companies (especially China companies) is preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
