TATLIM CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is looking for a dedicated and responsible Engineer – Site to join our growing team.  This full-time position is based at our project site in Selangor (Klang Valley areas).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report daily site progress and update daily records.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and procedures.
• Inspect construction materials, workmanship, and installation works on site.
• Manage and monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Arrange materials and machinery prior to commencement of site works.
• Ensure materials and equipment are properly identified, handled, and stored to prevent loss, damage, or injury.
• Check quantity and quality of materials delivered, as well as workmanship of subcontractors and workers.
• Perform site measurements to verify work progress complies with client requirements.
• Ensure proper project completion and handover upon project completion.
• Maintain punctuality for work, meetings, training, and all internal or external commitments.
• Undertake other duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

·         Candidates must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

·         Candidates with experience in civil engineering or infrastructure construction will have an added advantage.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

WORKING LOCATION

• Site-based position (Klang Valley areas)

WORKING HOURS

Monday – Saturday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

SALARY

RM 5,000- RM 6,000 (Negotiable)
