Position: Quality Engineer
Department: IMI
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + OT

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Knowledge of instruments and measuring equipment used for inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform PDIR (Product/Process Dimensional Inspection Report) activities.
• Conduct Layout Inspection as per drawings and required specifications.
• Prepare and analyze Pareto Charts for quality-related issues.
• Apply 7 QC Tools for problem identification and quality improvement.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
• Identify quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related problems.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Good knowledge of inspection instruments and gauges.
• Good engineering drawing reading skills.
• Knowledge of PDIR and Layout Inspection.
• Practical knowledge of Pareto Chart and 7 QC Tools.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
