Position: Production / Process Engineer
Industry: Plastic Manufacturing / Polymer
Location: Puducherry
Experience: Fresher to 5 Years

Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Production / Polymer / Industrial Engineering
• B.E./B.Tech candidates only

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day production activities and achieve production targets.
• Monitor plastic manufacturing and injection moulding processes.
• Identify and resolve production/process-related issues.
• Monitor machine performance, productivity and process parameters.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Stores departments.
• Reduce production wastage and improve process efficiency.
• Follow SOP, 5S and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Plastic / Polymer Manufacturing
• Knowledge of Injection Moulding is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reports.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
