Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Engineer to join our team. This opportunity is open to university students nearing graduation and fresh graduates who are looking to build their engineering career in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain practical exposure to engineering processes, technical drawing, production activities, and manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist with engineering and manufacturing-related projects and activities.
• Support production and technical teams in resolving engineering issues.
• Assist in process improvement and problem-solving activities.
• Follow company procedures, work instructions, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure engineering tasks are completed effectively.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Key requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Background or exposure to semiconductor processing, metal machining, CNC, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage a high-stress working environment.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
