ENGINEER

About the role

We are hiring for four engineering positions: Product/Process Engineer, Test Engineer, Facility Engineer, and Industrial Engineer. These roles involve establishing, designing, analyzing, and evaluating engineering processes; implementing electrical test systems; planning and controlling facility operations; and formulating standard times and directing in-house operations.

Key responsibilities

Product/Process Engineer:

• Establish, design, analyze, and evaluate engineering processes
• Design processes, plan and control parameters, setup machines
• Coordinate all activities including troubleshooting machines and process improvement
• Meet customer requirements and expectations

Test Engineer:

• Establish and implement electrical test process control systems to ensure products meet all customer requirements
• Install and maintain electrical test capabilities and capacity while ensuring maximum system efficiency
• Develop and optimize testing processes and existing equipment to achieve peak performance
• Provide technical training and skill development to technical resources

Facility Engineer:

• Plan, control and recommend subordinates regarding all electrical power supply and wiring
• Manage water supply and piping, air compressor, vacuum, air conditioner and facility machines
• Oversee building construction and repairing

Industrial Engineer:

• Formulate and direct in-house standard time of manpower and machine to apply in calculation of headcount requirement, machine requirement and material usage
• Coordinate and discuss with concerned departments to establish standard time based on time study and estimated time
• Ensure conduct and development of quality of equipment and machine
• Collect and record all company property and control company property movement
• Supervise, manage and advise subordinate employees to behave and perform tasks in accordance with company rules and regulations
• Conduct and ensure subordinate employees' performance appraisal on a timely basis

About you

Product/Process Engineer:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Semiconductor Engineering
• 1-3 years of working experience in semiconductor field
• Good English communication skill
• Experience in Chip Design, Wafer back grinding process, Package saw process, or COB process
• Experience as Product/Test Engineer or Failure Analysis Engineer in Power discrete devices or related fields
• Knowledge in Microelectronics such as surface mount technology (SMT), chip on board assembly (COB), printed circuit board assembly (PCBA)
• Able to work in Lamphun province with opportunity for overseas training
• New graduates: attach academic transcript for consideration

Test Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Telecommunication, Electronics, or Electrical
• At least 2 years of experience
• Basic knowledge in integrated circuit with experience in troubleshooting or failure analysis test function or any related functions
• Good English communication skill
• Able to work in Lamphun province
• Newly graduated: attach academic transcript for consideration

Facility Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Facility function in manufacturing firm(s), responsible for preventive maintenance and development
• PC literate and good at English communication
• Skill in AutoCAD 2D/3D
• Knowledge of P&ID diagram and Psychrometric chart

Industrial Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• 3 years experience in electronic manufacturing firm(s) in industrial engineering field, layout design, manufacturing process improvement and space utilization planning
• Familiar with AutoCAD and productivity analysis tools
• Good English communication skill
• Able to work in Lamphun province
• Newly graduated: attach academic transcript for consideration
