Job Title: CCTV Engineer

JOB SPECIFICATION

Reports to: Head of Engineering

Contract: Full time – 40 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Based: Warrington

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (dependant on experience), in addition to uncapped commission opportunities and overtime compensation.

Due to growth in our company and increased customer demand, we are now looking for an organised, self-motivated CCTV Engineer with well-developed interpersonal skills to join our Warrington team. You will be able to manage your tasks to deliver a high-quality service at a high tempo. You will be an effective communicator at all levels and can think on your feet and be responsive to the company’s business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation/service and reconfiguration of CCTV, Access control and wireless fire systems.
• Working independently or with a team to undertake tasks as instructed.
• Working in a team but also independently on the above systems.
• workshop and site-based repairs/maintenance on the fleet of CCTV/Biometric/Fire systems.

REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL)

• Good communication

REQUIREMENTS (DESIRABLE)

• Knowledge of Dahua/Ajax security systems and its products.
• Experience with planning and installing networks.
• A willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
• A good understanding of configuring network switches, routers, and Wi-Fi equipment.
• Experience installing and configuring CCTV equipment.
• A good understanding of CCTV equipment and the different types of systems available.
• Ability to plan and coordinate network or CCTV installs.
• Experience with alarm systems.
