Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end sourcing of bought-out components from RFQ to supplier finalization and development.
- Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers based on Cost, Quality, Delivery and Capacity.
- Manage NPD sourcing, supplier development, localization, alternate-source development and cost reduction.
- Perform costing, quotation benchmarking and commercial negotiations.
- Drive VA/VE and annual cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely material availability.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, PPC and Finance teams.
- Maintain sourcing and supplier-related documentation.
Preferred Industry: Automotive, Auto Components, Manufacturing, Engineering, Consumer Products / Toys.
