ENGINEER

Report to Project Manager, the Engineer has the following responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in project planning, all on-site technical/engineering matters and authority submission

Assist the Project Manager in managing and implementing the quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) management of Pikasa Builders Pte Ltd.

Supervise and monitor that projects are carried out in accordance to operating procedures, quality standards and contractual specifications.

Monitor progress of works and site activities to ensure adherence to project timeline

Conduct on-site investigations and analyze date (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc)

Carry out technical feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications

Responsible for all inspection activities carried out at work site

To update all structural/architectural and M&E progress with scheduling tools

To prepare and submit shop drawing/material/ MOS monhtly progress claim and PM Report

To analyze customer complaints and provide advise and resolve problems carefully

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Proficient in MS Office, Auto Cad

Good analytical, supervision and communication skills

Experience in Building Engineering projects including New Build
