What they need
- Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan cold storage, freezer, reffer, dan peralatan butcher.
- Melakukan troubleshooting dan penanganan kerusakan mesin secara cepat.
- Melaksanakan preventive maintenance secara berkala untuk mencegah kerusakan.
- Memantau kondisi suhu, compressor, condenser, evaporator, kelistrikan, dan sistem kontrol.
- Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin terhadap seluruh peralatan dan fasilitas teknis.
- Mengidentifikasi penyebab kerusakan dan melakukan tindakan perbaikan.
- Memastikan mesin dan peralatan siap digunakan untuk mendukung operasional.
- Membuat laporan maintenance, kerusakan, dan penggunaan spare part.
- Berkoordinasi dengan vendor/teknisi eksternal apabila diperlukan.
- Siap menangani emergency breakdown/on call yang dapat mengganggu operasional.
