The Role

SCJ ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of innovative automotive engineering solutions, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop and test new automotive components and systems
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of engineering solutions
3. Analyse product performance data and implement continuous improvements
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and safety protocols
5. Provide technical expertise and support to production, quality and maintenance teams
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automotive engineering

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive engineering role
3. Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and engineering simulation tools
4. Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
6. Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and quality control
7. Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement
