About the role
Plan, supervise, and ensure Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) work is executed according to working drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Key responsibilities
- Create and review MEP working drawings/shop drawings and coordinate with engineering, civil, drafter, and related teams
- Perform material requirement calculations, work volume assessments, and assist in preparing MEP RAB/BOQ
- Supervise MEP work execution in the field and ensure work complies with work methods and project targets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams regarding MEP work
- Inspect electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and other MEP systems according to project scope
- Identify technical constraints in the field and provide engineering solutions
- Prepare work progress reports, documentation, and MEP inspection reports
- Ensure work meets quality, occupational safety, and project schedule requirements
- Conduct inspections and documentation for MC-0, MC-100, as-built drawings, and project handover
