Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Engineer to join our team. You will oversee, maintain and optimize our technical systems, troubleshoots hardware or software issues, and acts as a bridge between advanced technology and everyday business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• System Installation & Commissioning: Set up, test, calibrate, and validate equipment, pumps, and automated dosing lines.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose root causes of mechanical, electrical, or software errors.
• Process Optimization: Improve precision, cycle times, and material yield using data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
• Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with operations, quality control, and customer service teams to resolve technical issues and support new product introductions (NPI).
• Documentation: Write technical reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), functional designs, and validation protocols (FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ)

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3+ years of hands-on working experience. An added advantage if candidate has prior experience in automated dispensing, pick-and-place, dosing systems, pumps, or industrial batching
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks or others equivalent software), PLC/automation controls
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for client-facing technical support or team supervision, plus a valid driver's license or willingness to travel for onsite setup if required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
