Engineer Coordinator

🔹 Assist with all schedule preparations and updates, quantity reporting, project costs and forecasting working plan.

🔹 Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and obtain Quotation from subcontractors and vendors to include charge orders.

🔹 Assist with monthly payment, cash flow projections, and change order processing.

🔹 Manage document control to include submittal schedules, contract documents, project/ Handover record drawings, etc.

🔹 To do updating as built drawings, documentation for reporting and information sharing to CE and UO managers.

🔹 Review of Heavy Job daily reports for accuracy to Chief Engineer and UO Managers.

🔹 Comply with notice requirements such as inspections, survey staking, joint measurements with owner and/or engineer, utility locations and adjustments, testing, claims, etc.

🔹 Issue correspondence to subcontractors and vendors when revised plan and/or specifications affects products or services.

🔹 Deal with internal and external customers (Departmental, Tenants, Suppliers, Contractors and Maids).

🔹 Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

🔹 Especially, to deal with internal customers (departmental) about any complains, feedback and contractors for yearly maintenance contract of generators and water treatment plant.

🔹Also tube wells developing works, water quality test with third party lab, transformer regular maintenance.

🔹 Regular report to Chief Engineer & UO Manager.
