Engineer CSA

Leighton Asia is seeking CSA Engineers with experience in Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works and ABWF (Architectural Builders Works & Finishes) to support the successful delivery of large-scale building projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on landmark developments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) and ABWF works on site to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety performance while ensuring compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and material approvals.
• Manage and coordinate architectural finishes, builder's works, fit-out, façade, and related ABWF activities with subcontractors and consultants.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Conduct site inspections and support project planning, reporting, handover, and completion activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in CSA construction works.
• Proven experience in ABWF (Architectural Builders Works & Finishes), including architectural finishes, fit-out, façade, builder's works, and coordination activities.
• Experience on large-scale building, healthcare, commercial, residential, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, and site supervision.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with main contractors is highly preferred.
